Delivery

How it works

Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address. We do not include delivery in our product prices, which keeps our Crowns as affordable as possible for everyone.

Dispatch times

• Ready to ship — dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Limited drop — dispatched within 2–4 working days of the drop closing.
• Pre-order — the expected dispatch window is shown on the product page.
• Vietnamese Luxe pre-order — ordered from our supplier in Vietnam after payment, with an estimated delivery of 10 to 15 days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your Crown leaves us. If anything looks wrong with your tracking, contact us and we'll follow it up with the courier.

Delivery addresses

Please use an address where someone can sign during working hours. We can't be responsible for parcels signed for at an address you provided.
