An order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent you a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout.
We describe our hair as accurately as we can. Colour can appear slightly different across screens, and natural hair varies a little between units.
Limited drop items are available in small quantities and are not restocked automatically. Availability is confirmed at the point of payment.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our returns policy and by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
The Crown Me Lerato name, logo, photography and copy belong to us and may not be used without permission.
